We seek an accomplished delivery professional to lead the implementation of digital technologies across multiple industries.

About the Role:

This key position plays a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, meeting budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing accurate reporting, updates, and resource requirements.
  • Design efficient processes for repeatable tasks to enhance productivity in future product rollouts.
  • Optimize delivery frameworks to support Agile best practices and continuous delivery methodologies.
  • Engage internal, external, and third-party stakeholders to define scope, objectives, governance structures, and strategic priorities.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of project delivery experience in Digital Transformation, Wealth Management, or related fields.
  • Excellent change management skills, driving transformation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Client-focused mindset, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Strong communication skills, articulate and persuasive.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in financial controls, budget management, risk, and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in structured project management methodologies and relevant tools.
