Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile, integrated campaigns and digital projects across multiple client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the delivery of integrated campaigns and digital projects
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and develop compelling proposals
  • Lead the creation of briefs, statements of work, timelines, estimates, and resourcing plans
  • Allocate and manage cross-functional resources, balancing team capacity with client priorities
  • Ensure high-quality execution across all phases, managing scope, budget, timelines, and risk
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear updates, and manage client expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years in a digital, creative, or integrated agency environment
  • A proven track record managing complex digital projects and integrated campaigns
  • Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Strong experience creating statements of work, proposals, estimates, and resource plans
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools
  • Commercial acumen and a growth mindset
