Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital delivery initiatives in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, client needs, and existing frameworks.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and nurture client and stakeholder relationships, oversee timely and accurate reporting, and ensure compliance with internal governance standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of digital products, ensuring they meet business objectives, client needs, and existing frameworks.
  • Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in future product rollouts.
  • Optimize delivery frameworks to support continuous delivery methodologies and Agile best practices.
  • Engage and align stakeholders to define scope, objectives, governance structures, and strategic priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have 5+ years of experience in project delivery, preferably in Digital Transformation, Wealth Management, Transfer Agency, or Investments. You should possess strong change management skills, drive transformation and stakeholder engagement, and foster collaboration across teams.

You should excel in communication, articulation, and persuasion, and be highly motivated, proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
