Vaccine Research Medical Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Vaccine Research Medical Lead to join our team in Japan & Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical and scientific expertise for clinical trials, designing development strategies, and contributing to the medical input during protocol development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design of development strategies for multiple protocols to obtain approval in Japan and other countries in Asia.
- Collaborate with medical monitors and study team members to ensure documents meet regulatory requirements and company policy.
- Provide medical input into country feasibility and contribute to the development of safety surveillance review plans.
- Monitor study safety issues, provide input to SAE reports, and communicate safety information to sites across the study.
- Support the study team in issues resolution, study closeout, audit responses, inspection readiness, and program support.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (M.D or equivalent) and licensed by a health authority to prescribe medicines.
- Ability to critically evaluate medical/scientific information and excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Understanding of clinical programs and studies, with capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: ¥5,500,000 - ¥7,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
