The role of a Cafe Assistant Manager is vital in overseeing the smooth operation of our cafe. As part of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Multi-site Café Manager in ensuring top-notch service and quality products.

This involves preparing delicious beverages and delightful treats while maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Your leadership skills will shine as you guide and support our diverse team of staff.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, preferably with at least 1-2 years of leadership capacity. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a basic Food Safety certificate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Multi-site Café Manager in overseeing operations
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere
  • Preparing delicious beverages and delightful treats
  • Guiding and supporting staff members

A relevant qualification such as a Basic Food Safety certificate is highly desirable. Working with Children Check is an advantage but not essential. If you are proactive problem solver with passion for quality and flair for promotions, we would love to hear from you.

We offer permanent fulltime employment contract with daytime hours operating Tuesday to Saturday. The venue provides quick service style food with both take away and dine-in options.
