**Job Opportunity at Bribie Island Community Arts Centre**

A well-established and busy cafe is seeking a highly skilled hospitality specialist to join their team.

The cafe coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff rostering, customer service, and ensuring excellent standards are met.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant art community, surrounded by beautiful national park.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Staff Rostering and Management
  • Customer Service and Engagement
  • Working on the Front Till and in the Kitchen
  • Cooking Lunches and Making Coffee

**Requirements and Skills:**

  • Work Experience as a Cafe Coordinator or Barista
  • Hands-on Experience with Professional Coffee Machines
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service Attitude
  • Ability to Work with Various Types of People and Personalities

The ideal candidate will have experience working in coffee shops, excellent time management skills, and the ability to nurture relationships. Additional certification in Business Administration or Hospitality is a plus. Food Safety Certificates are mandatory. Experience working with volunteers is also an asset.
