About Our Cafe

We are an established cafe with over 10 years of experience in the industry.

We are seeking a full-time Cafe Manager to lead our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and have great communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock and waste effectively
  • Train and mentor staff members
  • Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
  • Coordinate rosters and schedules
  • Ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Operate the register and prepare beverages
  • Present food and provide table service
  • Keep areas clean and tidy

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Previous hospitality experience is essential
  • At least 2 years of barista experience is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
