Job Title

Business Transformation Leader

As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead and mentor a team of change practitioners to drive business transformation and deliver strategic change initiatives.

The role involves developing and implementing change strategies, delivering change activities, and overseeing program-level change management. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to build coalitions, coach leaders, and drive impactful change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of up to four change practitioners to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Developing and implementing change strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Delivering change activities, including communications, engagement, and learning resources.
  • Overseeing program-level change management, addressing impacts, benefits, risks, and issues at the strategic level.
  • Coaching business leaders, building stakeholder coalitions, and driving strategic change.
  • Managing change resource allocation to support initiatives and ongoing activities efficiently.
  • Defining initiative vision and benefits, guiding business areas in achieving intended outcomes.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
  • Extensive background in organisational change within complex environments.
  • Change management certification such as Prosci is highly regarded.
  • Experience coaching on standards and change practices.
  • Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management is highly regarded.
