Citi's Securities Services business is a key contributor to the company's revenue, generating nearly $4 billion annually. As a Business Execution Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of the Securities Services business in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the country strategic plan, working closely with the country business head to ensure key deliverables, risks, and issues are addressed.
- Coordinate a range of programs to support the business's primary goals and objectives, including profitability initiatives, billing efficiency initiatives, and franchise reporting.
- Manage expense oversight, COB testing coordination, team meeting coordination, and weekly team updates.
- Coordinate quarterly POA signatory across legal entities, quarterly review of AML designated services register, and semi-annual legal entity regulatory overview.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, GOC management, recruitment coordination, and quarterly ACSA stats.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar business execution roles or within the Securities Services domain.
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to solving problems and achieving targets within a matrix management construct.
- Experience with financial analytics and planning, passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-oriented, and self-directed.
- Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills with key stakeholders and Senior Management.
- Strategic and goal-oriented thinker, effective interpersonal skills, and consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
