About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Business Execution Manager to join our Securities Services team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and management of the country strategic plan, working closely with the country business head to ensure that key deliverables, risks, and issues are addressed across the franchise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  • Coordinate a range of programs in support of the business's primary goals and objectives, including profitability initiatives and billing efficiency initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage franchise reporting, including MBRs, QBRs, and strategy definition decks
  • Oversee expense management and coordinate COB testing
  • Coordinate team meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Provide weekly team updates and coordinate SS strategy
  • Coordinate quarterly POA signatory across legal entities and review AML designated services register
  • Conduct semi-annual legal entity regulatory overview for Australia and New Zealand and annual review of third-party management and coordination of attestations
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, GOC management, and recruitment coordination
  • Coordinate quarterly ACSA stats and maintain org chart and SharePoint team
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar business execution roles or within the Securities Services domain
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to solving problems and achieving targets within a matrix management construct
  • Experience with financial analytics and planning
  • Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-oriented, and self-directed
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills with key stakeholders and senior management
  • Strategic and goal-oriented thinker
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including teamwork and organizational skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills
  • Monitoring both scheduled and unscheduled reviews to completion
  • Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
