Join Our Team as a Venue Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Operations Manager to lead our team at Funlab's Wollongong venue. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting the development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest experiences
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including rostering, training, and P&L management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a focus on operations and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, guests, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
  • Valid RSA and Working with Children Check
