This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality support services and making a difference in their community.
- Coordinate the rostering and support of a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time.
- Work closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers to deliver excellent customer service and outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting people in their community.
