Seeking a seasoned payroll professional to oversee end-to-end processing for multiple pay runs, awards and EBA's.

This role requires experience with complex payroll processes, using ADP or Mitrefinch T&A, as well as proficiency in interpreting multiple awards and EBAs.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll, including processing large pay runs, setting up new hires, and facilitating adjustments.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills, particularly Vlookup functionality.

A passion for payroll and willingness to learn and grow are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs
  • Facilitate payroll adjustments, setup new hires, calculation and processing of termination payments and other deductions
  • Assist with month-end process and reconciliations, including superannuation, payroll tax, and workcover payments
  • Provide timely and accurate payroll advice and support to employees and managers
  • Work across a large number of awards and EBAs, interpreting where necessary

Requirements:

  • 4+ years end-to-end payroll experience
  • Experience processing pay runs of over 300 employees
  • Proficiency in ADP or Mitrefinch T&A required
  • Ability to interpret multiple awards and EBAs required
  • Prior experience in using multiple awards is beneficial

Benefits:
