Job Title: Head of HSE APAC

Vestas is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our HSE Service Operations team in the APAC region. As the successful candidate, you will bring your extensive HSE knowledge and expertise to drive our HSE strategy and ensure the delivery of safe and sustainable services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE strategies and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Vestas' HSE standards.
  • Lead a team of HSE professionals to deliver HSE services and support the operational risk-based HSE management on APAC construction sites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage HSE risk and improve safety culture.
  • Develop and maintain local construction HSE management systems in alignment with global and regional HSE standards.
  • Deliver targeted injury reduction programs to support reduction of lag indicators such as TRIR and LIFE cases.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in WHS/OHS/E or higher.
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant technical/operational background.
  • Experience across Asia Pacific preferred, ANZ Renewables, Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas or similar industry experience will be looked on favorably.
