Security Vetting Quality Assurance Professional

The role of the External Security Vetting Quality Assurance Specialist is to conduct quality assurance across security clearance cases, ranging from Baseline to NV2.
This involves helping to implement and continuously improve quality processes, setting new standards in quality excellence in vetting.
Responsibilities include conducting ongoing quality assurance for allocated cases, managing the case queue, and providing inputs into quality measurement and reporting.
The role also involves facilitating and delivering training / updates / coaching based on identified trends and from quality assurance, as well as supporting a continuous development program for current / experienced vetting analysts.
The successful candidate will have a minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required, and relevant experience in Government or similar high-security environments.
