Quality Assurance Expert

We're seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our security clearance assessment cases.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting ongoing quality assurance for your determined case load and clearance level, aligning to quality expectations and procedures/policies for the Agency, and strictly adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and industry best practices.
You'll also be responsible for managing the QA case allocation queue, supporting and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Agency and industry standards, and providing inputs into quality measurement and reporting.
Additionally, you'll provide coaching and mentoring to Vetting Analysts as required, based on identified trends from QA, and input into training requirements to enable continuous development programs.
Complex case support is another critical aspect of this role, where you'll use your experience and vetting knowledge to enable vetting analysts to complete complex cases.
Finally, you'll input into performance metrics and reporting, identifying improvement recommendations to senior management, and stay informed about industry trends, best practices, quality and performance trends to inform training methods and focus.
