- Quality Assurance: Ensure services align with best practice and client needs through regular reviews and assessments.
Requirements:
">- Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or similar qualification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience leading a care or support team.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, calmness under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
