Asset Manager

Coordinate delivery of projects and reporting against business objectives. Drive results, crunch numbers, and manage assets with expertise.
- Supervise daily activities and address issues that arise.
- Provide advice on project performance and progress.
- Coordinate projects according to frameworks and financial management standards.
- Offer detailed advice on capital works and facilities management issues.
- Prepare financial, facilities, and capital works reports for leadership teams and external agencies.
- Check the implementation of recommendations and ensure business units are involved in planning and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in data analysis, program management, and asset management.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for facilities management issues.
- Ability to plan and deliver according to priorities.
- Familiarity with capital works management, legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Risk assessment abilities.
