Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing personalized product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining store presentation and ensuring a positive shopping environment
- Develop relationships with customers and understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
