Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Specialist to join our team at The Cosmetic Company Store in Brisbane DFO. As a Retail Artist, you will represent our brand to consumers, enabling them to look and feel their best through an informative and engaging experience every time. You will combine your excellent beauty skills with 5-star customer service and work towards achieving retail sales targets.

About You

  • You must have excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in sales or goal-driven environments being desirable.
  • Experience gained within a retail store environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Flexibility to work trading hours, including early mornings and late nights, is required.
  • Availability to work public holidays is necessary.

Salary
