This is an on-site role where you will be working with Australians living with disability, injury, health condition or those who require additional support. Our team empowers our clients to build better working lives by identifying their goals and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into employment.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, tenacious, and wants to promote human potential through creative problem solving and collaboration. The successful candidate will be motivated to transform lives through a person-first approach, tailoring support and solutions to the individual's needs.

  • Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers
