We are committed to transforming the lives of individuals with disability, injury, health condition or those who require additional support. Our team empowers our clients, supporting them to build better working lives.
Our ApproachOur approach is to work closely with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment. We also work with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met.
A successful candidate will be someone who is driven to make a real difference in a client's life through employment. This involves:
- Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- And ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Ideal experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Ability to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Capacity to work towards KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- A current Driver's Licence;
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
We value diversity and inclusion, welcoming people with disability, mental health conditions, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people from the LGBTQI community, veterans, carers and Indigenous Australians to our team.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive and respectful of all employees. We offer a range of benefits including discounts for health insurance, access to psychology services, ability to purchase additional leave, roadside assistance and paid parental leave.
