Our Approach

Our approach is to work closely with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment. We also work with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met.

A successful candidate will be someone who is driven to make a real difference in a client's life through employment. This involves:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • And ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Ideal experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Ability to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Capacity to work towards KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • A current Driver's Licence;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
