Project Estimator

A multi-residential builder is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage the end-to-end tender process across high-end commercial and residential projects.

The Role

As Estimator, you will oversee tenders from initial review to submission, collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing, conduct detailed take-offs and build cost plans, prepare tender packages, and review project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the tender process from inception to submission
  • Liaise with contractors for precise costing
  • Conduct thorough quantity surveys and cost planning
  • Compile and submit comprehensive tender packages
  • Collaborate with internal teams on design and construction methodologies
  • Develop strategies for successful bid submissions
About You
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction estimation
  • Thorough knowledge of local contractor networks
  • Solid understanding of design and construct contracts and tender processes
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
