Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Trade Activation Coordinator to play a key role in driving strategic trade and promotional initiatives across our retail network.

About the Role:

  • Support the development and execution of national programmes and strategies to align with market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Craft competitive pricing strategies, compile performance reports, and manage key administrative functions
  • Analyse data to optimise sales, profitability, and gross profit management across key product categories while delivering on agreed performance metrics
  • Collaborate with supply managers to secure stock for activations and embed product distribution strategies across all states
  • BUILD STRONG BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAILERS AND PROACTIVELY ADDRESS CUSTOMER NEEDS AND MARKET SHIFTS
  • Present category performance and assess the impact of strategy through data on ranging, promotions, pricing, compliance, and scan data
  • ENSURE ADHERENCE TO OHS POLICIES, CHAIN OF RESPONSIBILITY, FOOD SAFETY, AND MANUAL HANDLING STANDARDS ACROSS ALL ACTIVITIES

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the merchandising or retail industry with strong analytical and organisational abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to analyse issues, solve problems, and execute tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools to support reporting, planning, and execution
