The Role
As the Trade Activation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the company's brand campaigns to life across key retail channels. Reporting to the Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing a calendar of trade marketing initiatives, managing retailer media and digital campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Key responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute a calendar of trade marketing initiatives in line with brand plans, including point of sale, catalogues, digital, and retailer media
  • Be the expert in retailer media (e.g., Coles 360, Cartology, Criteo), driving SEM/eComm performance and aligning with marketing campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end execution of in-store and online brand presence, including SEM, website optimization, and POS
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Brand, Sales, Creative Studio) and external retail partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Track campaign performance, analyse insights, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI
Skills and Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in trade marketing, retail media or advertising
  • Strong grasp of retail media platforms, ideally having worked with Coles 360, Cartology, or Criteo
  • Track record of executing multi-channel campaigns across digital and in-store
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and creative teams
  • Excellent stakeholder and time management skills
