The Rolling Stock Development Graduate Program is a 2-year program designed to challenge and empower entry-level talent in the rolling stock industry.

You will work closely with industry experts in your chosen discipline and gain exposure to Victoria's growing rolling stock pipeline.

The program aims to build your capabilities and ability to work across your preferred area, the wider Department, and external agencies in the rolling stock and rail industry.

As a Graduate you will have the unique opportunity to develop and maintain your professional network and collaborate with others.

To be considered for this role you must have recently completed your undergraduate or postgraduate studies in a Science, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics), IT, Business / Commerce or Project Management based discipline.
