Job Title:

Senior Manager, Recovery Planning

Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Recovery and Resolution Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance across the Group's Recovery, Exit and Resolution Planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance on recovery and resolution planning initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the Group
  • Contribute to regulatory submissions and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in banking or financial services, ideally within Risk, Group Treasury, or Finance
  • Strong understanding of risk management and regulations applicable to banks
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
