Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury in our guest rooms.

About the Role:

  • Turn over rooms in an efficient manner to meet operational needs and timelines.
  • Handle guest room experiences and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with guests and colleagues to deliver legendary service.

About You:

  • Experience in housekeeping in luxury properties is highly desirable.
  • Working rights in Australia are required.
  • English proficiency is essential.
  • You are enthusiastic about escalating your career in housekeeping and have a self-motivated, driven, and energized approach to work.
