Job Summary

As a Room Attendant with The Ritz-Carlton, you will be an essential part of our Ladies and Gentlemen team, dedicated to exceeding our guests' expectations. With a focus on luxury hotel service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to ensure our guests feel at home.

  • Participate in general operational tasks to support the Housekeeping team
  • Develop expertise on the luxury hotel and surrounding area to enhance guest experiences
  • Efficiently turnover rooms to meet timelines and operational requirements
  • Handle guest room experiences and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Maintain equipment and ensure seamless operations
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, showcasing our legendary service and hospitality
  • This is a part-time position

About You

  • Experience in housekeeping in luxury properties is beneficial
  • Working rights in Australia are required
  • English proficiency is essential
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career in housekeeping is key
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment are necessary
