About the Role- Work in a culturally safe and respectful setting with a focus on delivering high-quality Physiotherapy services.
- Participate in quality improvement activities within the work unit, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services.
- Manage your own caseload with supervision appropriate for your experience, enabling you to develop your skills and expertise.
- Demonstrate knowledge, expertise, and skill in providing Physiotherapy services to meet the needs of our diverse patient population.
- Effectively communicate with consumers and colleagues using verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in teams, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.
- Be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community, bringing valuable cultural insights and perspectives to our team.
- Vaccinated against certain vaccine-preventable diseases (VPD), prioritizing the safety and well-being of our patients and staff.
- Possess a tertiary degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA), ensuring you have the necessary qualifications and credentials to excel in this role.
- Completed your first Physiotherapy university undergraduate course or graduate-entry qualification between January 2025 and January 2026, aligning with our commitment to developing emerging talent and supporting career progression.
