We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive sales support specialist to streamline sales processes, coordinate partner and customer communication, and assist with vital administrative functions.
- Follow up on inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms to ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Support the preparation and coordination of quotes, proposals, presentations, and tender documents to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring all interactions and updates are accurately recorded for future reference.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure smooth handover from sales to operations to guarantee seamless customer experience.
- Liaise with partners, fleet managers, and internal teams to facilitate vehicle demonstrations, trials, and deliveries in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support, coordinator, or similar admin role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience in the automotive or fleet industry is highly desirable but not essential.
