Product Manager

We create software that delivers vital services to citizens worldwide. Our goal is to become a leading GovTech champion, supporting the needs of citizens and public sector organizations.

Passionate about using technology to improve public services, we're looking for someone to join our team. As a product manager, you'll lead the strategic vision for your team, creating product roadmaps that align with our overall mission.

You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to define and refine the product roadmap
  • Owning the roadmap for our Policy Administration System (PAS) product named Ensure
  • Conducting customer interviews, surveys, and market research to gather feedback and insights that inform product decisions
  • Defining and prioritizing product requirements to guide the engineering process
  • Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product features and releases
  • Planning and executing successful product launches collaborating closely with Product Marketing team
  • Caching and supporting direct reports in product management
  • Analyzing data and metrics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed data-driven product decisions

Requirements:

  • Strong product management experience working in a modern software or product-led organization
  • Solution architecture know-how specifically in relation to legacy software and how to best achieve technical outcomes required to migrate from business-critical legacy systems to modern software release patterns
  • Experience operating with Agile development methodologies to manage product development and collaborate with engineering teams
  • Ability to navigate and address the complexities of product lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions and identify market opportunities
