Senior Product Manager Role in APAC Mortgages

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our APAC mortgage product.

This role will involve defining and executing a regional mortgage strategy designed to set a new global benchmark.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a 18 to 24 month roadmap with ACV targets for the team to work on, incorporating input from stakeholders.
  • Develop a vision and strategy to drive business success.
  • Ensure that solutions align with corporate objectives.
  • Pave the way with Sales and Success leadership to ensure revenue and adoption forecasting is accurate.
  • Initiate new or revised programs/policies across departments and teams.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience or combination of education and experience.
  • Deep knowledge of small business banking and consumer space processes and regulations.
  • Advanced understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
  • Able to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements.

This position requires strong leadership and strategic skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful product launches and driving business growth.
