  • Define and evolve our brand positioning, identity, and customer strategy to drive loyalty and sales growth.
  • Develop commercially powerful product roadmaps that excite customers and stakeholders alike.
  • Deliver impactful marketing campaigns across channels to drive engagement and growth.
  • Grow membership, engagement, and lifetime value through strategic CRM and loyalty initiatives.
  • Elevate franchisee success by attracting and supporting high-quality partners with world-class tools and brand presence.
  • Collaborate across functions to keep brand, product, and business strategies aligned.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' leadership experience in brand, marketing, or product, ideally in F&B, retail, QSR, or franchising.
  • A proven track record of driving sales through brand and marketing leadership.
  • Expertise in brand development, repositioning, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience bringing product innovation to market with commercial impact.
  • Ability to lead teams and agencies while working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, brand, communications, or related field.
