Job Opportunity

Sales Channel Manager

This role focuses on driving revenue growth and customer engagement through strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include developing joint go-to-market plans, identifying white space opportunities, and communicating Burroughs' value proposition across business units.

A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of regional and national competitor offerings, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and partner-led growth.
  • Experience working with acquired companies or navigating post-merger integration preferred.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, collaboration tools, and MS Office Suite.
Benefits
  • Annual base salary range: $92,000 to $100,000.
  • Eligibility to participate in the Burroughs Commission Incentive Plan.
