Groundsperson Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor spaces through regular mowing, weeding, mulching, hedging, and watering.
  • Perform various tasks such as planting, pruning, and trimming trees, shrubs, and other plants.
  • Operate equipment like excavators, track loaders, and gardening tools safely and efficiently.
About You:
  • Hold a Construction Induction Card.
  • Have Excavator / Track Loader tickets or be willing to train and upskill.
  • Possess an HR Licence (highly regarded).
  • Have knowledge of garden / landscape maintenance (preferred but not essential).
