Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality alcohol and drug services in line with the agency's policies, procedures, legal requirements, and professional competencies.
  2. Deliver specialist assessment and treatment services for individuals with complex needs, including comorbid alcohol and other drug issues, as well as mental health concerns.
  3. Act as a consultant to other agencies on the support and management of clients with alcohol and drug dependencies.

A willingness to learn and adapt is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess significant case management experience, a solid understanding of Alcohol and Drug principles, and relevant tertiary qualifications recognized by the Occupational Board of Australia or equivalent.
