We are seeking a Senior in the Corporate Tax team to support with the preparation of tax advice regarding complex matters including:
- Restructures
- Acquisitions
- International tax
- Tax losses and tax consolidation
This is an opportunity to build on your expertise in Corporate Tax with a diverse client base.
The RoleAs a Senior in the Corporate Tax team, you will work closely with the Manager and Partners to deliver interesting work in a flexible environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting with the preparation of tax advice regarding complex matters
- Working closely with the Manager and Partners to deliver interesting work
You will have 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Tax & Tax Advisory and possess a relevant degree and further qualification (or nearing completion of CA or equivalent).
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate through examples a proven track record in a similar role. You will also need to possess strong tax technical expertise and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
