Corporate Tax Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our corporate tax practice as a Senior Consultant. As a trusted advisor, you will work across multiple projects and clients, both autonomously and as a valued member of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on corporate tax matters, including M&A, consolidations, restructures, financing, and assist clients in meeting their corporate tax compliance obligations.
- Work within the team to deliver taxation services for allocated corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance, income tax returns, and tax accounting calculations.
- Assist in delivering full-spectrum corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes.
Requirements:
- Australian corporate income tax experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier accounting firm, corporate business experience.
- Developing client-facing skills with the confidence to contribute to client meetings and build a network.
- Ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple and complex engagements, works well in a team, and has a high attention to detail.
