Job Description

As a Senior Tax Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality taxation services to corporate clients. This includes providing expert advice on corporate tax matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, restructures, financing, and assisting clients in meeting their corporate tax compliance obligations.

You will work closely with our global tax network to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients' complex tax challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering taxation services for an allocated book of corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance, and the preparation and review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations
  • Assisting in the delivery of the full spectrum of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including audits, ruling application processes, and risk reviews
  • Being a point of contact for our clients, requiring you to collaborate with our specialist teams in bringing expertise to our corporate clients
  • Supervising junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and celebrates successes
