About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Executive Officer to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting. The successful candidate will have an established client base and a track record of origination and execution of Advisory transactions in Australia.

The focus of your role will be the origination and execution of primary equity deals, either IPO's or placements and capital raising's. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Corporate Clients in Australia and Asia, originating and executing ECM and Advisory Transactions, and contributing actively to the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Origination: Identify and pursue new transaction opportunities across various industries, leveraging your network and expertise to secure high-profile clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance competitiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance/ECM in an Investment Bank, Corporate Advisory firm.
  • Track Record: A proven track record of ECM and M&A Origination, with a deep understanding of transactions, execution processes, and valuation methodologies.
  • Cross-Border Experience: Detailed knowledge of Corporate Finance, including cross-border transactions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
