Responsibilities

This role entails end-to-end ownership of the FP&A function, ensuring seamless integration with the company's overall strategy. Key responsibilities include:
  • IPO readiness - Prepare the company for IPO by developing and implementing a comprehensive plan.
  • Leadership - Mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and driving business growth.
  • Business Intelligence & Automation - Develop a center of excellence for Business Intelligence insights, dashboards, and process improvement.
  • Influencing ELT - Collaborate with key business stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Mandatory Attributes

This position requires an experienced FP&A professional with a strong background in IPO readiness, performance-driven culture, and servant leadership style. The ideal candidate should possess executive presence, being a great storyteller, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented individual.
