Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mower/Sportsfield Team Member. This role involves performing works related to mowing and turf management, working with both the mowing and sportsfield crew. Experience with commercial Ride-on/Zero Turn mowers is essential, however we will provide training for sportsfield mower operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Mowing, turf improvement works, machine operations, machinery maintenance, weed spraying
  • Leaf collection and broadleaf weed control
  • Ensuring all work is accurately recorded
  • Identify and resolve day to day work problems
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in mowing and park maintenance operations
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence (MR Preferred)
  • Cert 3 Sports Turf Management (Desirable)
  • Cert 3 Chemical User
  • Traffic Management
  • First Aid
  • Police Check
  • Working With Children Card
