Our Turf Maintenance Team is seeking an experienced and skilled leader to oversee the upkeep of our sports fields.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate 3 in Horticulture or equivalent, along with substantial experience in turf maintenance and supervision.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective turf maintenance programs, collaborating with contractors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Open Space Maintenance Standards.

  • Develop and implement high-quality turf maintenance programs that meet regulatory standards.
  • Supervise horticultural and turf-related works and services for the maintenance and development of sports fields and open space areas.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver specialist services and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Horticulture (Sports Turf Management) or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Horticulture (Sports Turf Management) desirable but not essential.
  • Current Victorian Driver Licence.
  • Medium rigid truck licence desirable but not essential.
  • Agriculture Chemical User Permit or equivalent.
