Deliver exceptional engineering designs and consultancy services to clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform senior design engineer roles on projects and mentor junior resources in their technical development.
  • Assist with bid preparation, submittals, and develop strong client relationships to win new work.
  • Drive a culture of safety and quality within the team.
Key Requirements
  • A structural engineering professional with tertiary qualifications or similar.
  • SIGNIFICANT experience at a Senior Engineer level, preferably in a consulting engineering background.
  • Proficiency in analysis software such as RAM Concept, RAPT, Spacegass, ETABS, or SAP2000.
  • Understanding of Australian codes and standards, with demonstrated capability in designing RC/PT concrete, structural steel, and mass timber structures.
Additional Information
  • This role is ideal for flexible professionals who can work on projects from minor reviews to major developments.
  • Chartered Engineering status is desirable, or eligibility to apply for CPEng/NER.
