Overview

Due to continued growth, success and project wins, we are looking for an Associate Structural Engineer to join our Structural Team. About you
  • Minimum 10 years of engineering design experience within a reputable engineering consultancy
  • Membership with Engineers Australia as CPEng and NER
  • Ambitious with great energy and passion for structural engineering
  • Sound technical understanding of relevant Australian Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An interest in interacting with external design teams and developing skills to assist in the management of the internal team
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring and guiding younger engineers
  • Love to engage with others to build positive and long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Committed to continually adding value by raising the performance of your work and the work of others around you
