Experience the excitement of working in our stunning orchards during the Blossom Festival and Cherry Season. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Venue Operations Supervisors.

This is a casual position, ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Tourism and Operations Teams during our iconic festivals.

As a Venue Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations and ensure that all customer facilities are top-notch for our visitors. This includes managing staffing levels, completing daily cash-ups and sales reports, and ensuring that all logistics are coordinated efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage venue opening and closing procedures
  • Coordinate daily operations and logistics
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Monitor and manage staffing levels
  • Complete daily financial reports

Requirements:

  • Strong background in customer service and team leadership
  • Event or venue management experience
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety principles
