Outdoor Space Designer and Maintainer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced outdoor space designer and maintainer to join our team.

  • Responsibilities include:
  1. Designing and installing outdoor spaces: including plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape features.
  2. Maintaining outdoor spaces: including pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control.
  3. Operating and maintaining equipment: including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools.
  4. Interacting with clients: ensuring satisfaction and providing recommendations for improvement.
  5. Managing and training a team: ensuring quality and efficiency in daily operations.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in outdoor space design and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred.
