Job Description:

This is a key position in our organization responsible for driving transformative change. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, hands-on individual who thrives in fast-paced project environments.

As a strategic business consultant, you will play a vital role in empowering companies to transform and evolve through expertise and hands-on support.

Our end-to-end services ensure successful change programs and goal achievement by gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving business processes, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders, conducting business analysis, working on project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis
  • Process mapping expertise
  • Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements/user stories
  • Requirement traceability and UAT test case development
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to transport skills across different industries
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis role
  • Project management experience is a plus
