Job Description:

As a key member of the Delivery function, you will help bring clarity and structure to initiatives that matter. You will work directly with senior leaders and business units across the organisation, documenting requirements, mapping processes, and uncovering improvement opportunities. Your ability to connect the dots and facilitate conversations will be key to enabling better delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and validate business requirements by engaging with stakeholders.
  • Map current and future state processes to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to successful delivery of initiatives by producing high-quality documentation.
  • Support delivery teams in planning, prioritisation, and scoping.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Provide structured input to governance and reporting processes.
  • Track and support realisation of business benefits.
  • Collaborate with Change & Engagement colleagues to support communication and training.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a Business Analyst or consulting role.
  • Ability to gather and interpret business requirements across multiple units.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Adaptability and curiosity to quickly understand complex workflows and business functions.
  • Detail orientation balanced with the ability to connect dots across workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complexity into clear insights.
  • Exposure to delivery environments (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and governance processes.
  • Commercially aware and outcome-driven mindset.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with process mapping, customer journey mapping, and improvement methodologies.
  • Exposure to collaboration tools like Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Loop, or Azure DevOps.
  • Background in financial services, asset finance, fleet, or B2B environments.
